The four things people write about
Cancel a subscription
Open Subscription inside the tool and use Cancel subscription. It takes effect at the end of the paid period and no further charge is taken. You can also simply write to us and we will do it.
Request a refund
If a paid action failed for a reason on our side, write to us with the date and what you were producing. We refund pro rata or credit the allowance back, on the same payment route you used.
Withdraw from a contract
Consumers have 14 days. A short message naming the contract is enough; the model form is on the withdrawal page but using it is optional.
Delete your data
Delete individual readings inside the tool, or ask us to delete the account and everything in it. Confirmation follows in writing.
